Our lead investigator brings a background that blends private-sector investigations, safety and incident analysis, and sworn law enforcement service. This combination allows us to approach investigations with both practical business awareness and a strong understanding of lawful, ethical investigative standards.

For several years, our work has involved conducting formal internal investigations within a professional, high-liability environment. These investigations have included workplace incidents, vehicle collisions, employee misconduct, policy violations, and financial irregularities. This experience required consistent fact-finding, witness interviews, document and record analysis, evaluation of physical and circumstantial evidence, and the preparation of clear, defensible written findings.

In many cases, investigations required coordination with outside parties such as law enforcement agencies, insurance carriers, and financial institutions. This work demanded discretion, independent judgment, and an ability to separate facts from assumptions—skills that directly translate to private investigative work for clients today.

In addition to private-sector investigations, our background includes sworn law enforcement service. While serving in that role, investigative responsibilities included assisting with calls for service, interviews, information gathering, and report preparation under supervision. This experience provided valuable exposure to investigative procedures in a law enforcement setting and reinforced the importance of accuracy, documentation, and lawful methods.

Supporting this hands-on experience is formal training in investigative processes, criminal law, interview techniques, evidence handling, and incident documentation, and industry-recognized safety and incident management certifications.
